Full service Property Management
We will be the intermediary and main point of contact between you and your tenant. Let us focus on managing your property so you get back to what matters most to you!
The fees for our full service is a one time start up fee of $300 and our management fees are 9% of the gross rent per month (unless discussed otherwise).
Tenant Placement Services
This service is available for owners that don’t mind the task of working with tenant’s, but don’t want the headache of marketing, showing, screening prospective tenants, lease drafting, etc.
One time fee equal to half of one full month’s rent. Upon the move in of the tenant, the owner will take over management from that point on.
