We will only use Vendors we have in our system. If an owner would like to use a vendor of their choosing they MUST be licensed and bonded, and provide us with all necessary documentation before a work order is sent out.

A 24/7 Maintenance Line is offered for all of our tenants so that any issues that arise can be promptly addressed, NO MATTER the time or day.

Vendor bills and receipts are available through our online Owner Portal.

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly. Our thorough screening process includes credit score, criminal background check, proof of income, proof of employment, past rental history, and more to greatly minimize the risk of an eviction. However, they can still occur, and in that case we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.
